"Price was right, needed for event in Neuss, hotel very dated but room was clean Elevator broken and it appears for some time"

"I was not aware that there would be a double spiral staircase leading to the apartment I had booked. I figured there would be no elevator, but had expected a regular staircase. This is important information to have ahead of time esp. for older and handicapped people. "

"What you is is what you get is not the situation with this hotel. judging on the pictures that where shown 1 expected a good room with mice white sheets and a good experience. But i got a room with a bathroom dating from the 60ths and a room of approx 10m2. No Airco. I payed for breakfast but they did not supply any. i could go to the bar of another hotel at 07:00 to get it. But that was no option as the work starts earlier. I did not have a good experience. Hotel is situated in the city...

"As always , great hotel great friendly staff and peaceful "

"The Hotel requires significant renovations"
