Great stay

Loved the facilities and the easy check in process. However, my two items of feedback would be: 1. A second blanket for my partner. 2. Decorative touched to the room so it doesnt feel as blank. Other than that, 10/10 place to stay, recommend to anyone.

Great venue for a short stay...

Spent a couple of nights at this hotel. Rooms and amenities were perfect, the whole site is digital meaning no reception. You gain access to areas via the app on your phone. Great idea however if you like having to talk to staff or ask simple questions about the local area there is no one to speak too. Having said that there are plenty of people in the communal areas during the main parts of the day, so perhaps that is not such a big deal. There is a big shopping center less than 200m away plus a train station.

The room was spacious, but the lighting was lacking, making it all or nothing. Some kitchen items were missing, like a cup and utensils, but that didn't bother us much. Unfortunately, the bed had a single duvet, resulting in an uncomfortable first night. Our complaint was well-handled, providing an extra blanket and some chocolate as consolation for the second night. Interestingly, our friends in their room also faced the same issue with a too-small duvet. For a next visit, I will inquire about this beforehand. Despite these points, the location was excellent.

Very convenient

Conveniently located, easy parking, decor modern and low key stylish. So handy to have a kitchenette. Found the mobile phone for entry super convenient; no scrabbling about for key cards in my bag. Within easy reach of Düsseldorf and right next to a shopping centre. In general the place was very clean, however when checking under the bed for a dropped object, I realised it hadn’t been cleaned in what looks like, ever. Other people’s lost objects, cobwebs and lumps of dust balls. Some of the bed slats were also broken, which explained the noise as you move. No mattress protector on the bed, which is a little odd, hygienically, nowadays. Only two small plates in the kitchenette and one had a chip and had been broken in half and glued back together. Again, not very hygienic. No check-in details were sent through, so had to disturb someone on the phone on a bank holiday. He was very lovely, but I’d have preferred the details by email. I would definitely stay there again, but I think I‘d check the room first so a couple of bits could be repaired/cleaned.

Very comfortable place at 10 min walking from U-bahn station to Dusseldorf. A large mall is placed in front of the hotel. Check-in was pretty hard because of German language of the app and the hard way to switch in English/Italian. All the doors open using the smartphone.

Absolute Enttäuschung – hygienisch unzumutbar! Ich bin einfach nur schockiert. Bereits beim Duschen haben wir die dreckigen Handtücher entdeckt. Wir wollten das zuerst noch ignorieren und dachten, es sei vielleicht nur ein bedauerlicher Einzelfall. Doch als wir uns später ins Bett legen wollten, wurde es noch schlimmer: Auf der Bettdecke und dem Kissenbezug waren deutlich sichtbare Flecken – darunter auch rötliche ( bilder will ich lieber nicht davon veröffentlichen) und andere dunkle Spuren fett flecken. So etwas darf in keinem Hotel passieren. Das Bett wirkte, als wäre es schlichtweg nicht frisch bezogen worden. Das ist absolut unhygienisch und für Gäste völlig inakzeptabel. Ich frage mich ernsthaft, woran hier gespart wird – an frischer Bettwäsche oder an grundlegender Sauberkeit? Wir waren wirklich angewidert und konnten uns in diesem Zimmer überhaupt nicht wohlfühlen. Für uns war das ein echter Schock und definitiv das schlechteste Hotelerlebnis seit Langem. Ein sauberes Bett und saubere Handtücher sind das Minimum, das man in einem Hotel erwarten darf. Hier wurde das komplett verfehlt. Eine Empfehlung ist absolut ausgeschlossen.

Appartamenti molto semplici ma ben forniti.

La struttura è gestita in remoto e in via del tutto digitale (ogni porta si apre via telefono), ma il personale è nonostante tutto contattabile in caso di guai -per esempio ci hanno aperto la camera in remoto quando mi sono dimenticata il cellulare dentro. Consigliatissimo e in una zona molto tranquilla.

Très froid

Je suis arrivé et le chauffage était coupé dans la chambre. Il faisait très froid cinq mis plusieurs heures à réchauffer la pièce. L’autre problème c’est que nous avons une couette simple sur un lit double en sachant qu’il faisait très froid nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. C’est la deuxième fois que ça arrive dans la chambre numéro 35. C’est pas la première fois que je dors dans cette hôtel, j’ai toujours été satisfait.
