In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 17.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1.9 km, ski bus stop 450 m, children's playground 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 900 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

On the lower ground floor: 2 small rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and double hand-basin. Bath/WC, shower. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin, with corner bath and TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position.
