"Great modern property! The location is great, away from neighbors and plenty of space to move around in the yard. The house is clean, well furnished and well cared for. The beds are comfortable and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans which is very nice. The open floor plan in the main area of the home is great for large groups. The internet is spotty and it was difficult to stream anything on the tv without constant buffering. We loved this property and will be back! "

"Two of the most comfortable beds ever. Very clean and spacious. Private area. Great view. Dan provided indoor and outdoor games, silverware, plates, bowls, cups and coffees, proposing and logs for the smokeless fire pit. We will definitely go back. The hot tub was a nice addition to our time as well. Thank you for hosting a great experience! "

"Great price for rooms and extremely clean. Amenities were nice to be close to for a bar/food and a cute coffee shop. The property didn’t list in vrbo that it did have a mini fridge, coffee pot and toaster and the property is very well updated. Extremely convenient parking for ATVs. We will absolutely share this little resort property to everyone that will be visiting that area. We are excited to plan our next trip and rent in this listing. the host was quick to respond when I reached out to them and check in directions were very clear and Family friendly. "

"The property and water smelled like sewage. We were told to let the water run. The smell still persisted so we were unable to shower at the property. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. There were dead bees and lady bugs in the carpet. The bedding was not fresh it smelled musty. The WiFi did not work and there is very little reception in that particular area so communicating with others was difficult. The lights upstairs did not work. Considering all of these issues I would have expected some type of compensation for the issues but nothing was offered. The property manager was responsive but gave suggestions that were not helpful. "
