"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Smeraldo. We arrived before noon. The hotel offered to hold our luggage until the room was ready. Staff offered us coffee during the check in process. They gave us a map and circled the areas we were interested in. The hotel is centrally located in the historical center. Everything is in walking distance. We booked a small room and it was small. The room was clean and looked newly renovated. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. Everything about this hotel was elevated. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Hot and cold foods, fresh fruit, eggs, meats, fresh bakery, etc. They had breakfast staff that took our coffee orders. The front lobby was always manned by several friendly helpful staff. We stayed 4 nights and would not hesitate to return. "

"Hotel Raphael is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Rome. The service team at the hotel were very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed their roof top terrace which offer beautiful views of Rome. The dining options at the hotel are excellent. Their breakfast is very good and we enjoyed some of their restaurant dishes on their terrace. Overall, a wonderfully located hotel that was a pleasure to visit."
