"I found this property average from a location, general amenities and hotel staff perspective. The reception staff were not helpful nor courteous. I inquired about the “spa” and use of it was dismissed as too complicated. I booked this property specifically because of the pool and other spa amenities. "We stayed for a week at the chalet in summer. The location is distant, but the views and surroundings are beautiful. The chalet is newely renovated and the standard is adequate. It has three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, functional bathroom and living area with a view at mountains and the valley. It can be a good base for hiking trips and travels around the Alps.
