「Loved this hotel! Clean, quiet, beautiful view of Nashville!」

「Our room was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great except water was slow to drain so you’re standing in about an inch and a half of water the whole time. But the bathtub was very clean. It was handy to have a safe bolted down to the floor in the room, although there was sticky food residue on it. Just had to clean it prior to use. Our room was next to an elevator so if you wanted to sleep through breakfast it wasn’t happening. Of course many people using the elevators especially...

「Nice clean convenient hotel. Towels maybe too clean. Smelled like disinfectant maybe. In any case good hotel choice.」

「The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I did not use any amenities outside of 1 cup of coffee which was delightful. It was close to many restaurants and easy to get to from the interstate. We enjoyed the balcony that our room had. It wasn't noisy at all. The only "problem" that we encountered was that the ice machine on our floor did not work so we went to a different floor. Otherwise it was nice and I recommend it to everyone.」

「The room was very nice the manager Nick showed me the room before booking and even gave me a free upgrade since we had a bad experience at another location I was tied and he made check in a breeze. Only thing was the outlet in the bathroom didn't work and it was reported and taken care of. Very friendly staff as well.」

「Convenient to interstate, beautiful rooms, new mattresses, very clean , newly remodeled, Healthy breakfast Choices」

「A beautiful 115-year-old church with 23 unique rooms. Parking lot is directly across the street. The Russell Hotel is clean, secure and most comfortable. Most important is that a portion of each night's stay provides 16 beds and warm meals at local homeless shelters.」

「The staff was helpful」

「The location worked well for us in the Opryland area. Opry Mills Mall was very close and offered many recognizable food options. Easy access from the airport and Downtown Nashville. Our room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the extra touch of folded towel animals. The Staff was friendly. The free breakfasts were ok, always ready and waiting. Free parking saved us money and was always available. We would stay there again.」
