You should take this listing down. We reserved & paid in full in August. Host never communicated access info. Family arrived 1 hr after check-in time while I was still on phone w VRBO customer service. Host never answered multiple texts messages from me & VRBO customer service, voice mail was full, no response to email from VRBO CS. Asked for refund & had to find another place to stay...very angry...was I scammed or did something to host? Totally stressful.
