「Check in wasn't as smooth as we expected since there are no hotel staff on site during the off-season. Apparently I should have received a text with instructions on check in including the lock box code 24 hours before check in, but never got this. A helpful long term guest at the property helped out by calling the property manager for me at around 8pm. Her passed along the info over the phone and it all worked out. In the morning I chatted with another couple staying that had the same issue...

「The staff was so friendly. Bringing my 2 dogs was easy. The rooms were large and very clean. I’ll definitely stay again」

「Oscar was s very attentive. We enjoy returning time after time. Oscar is the best!!!」

「Great experience!」

「Good location and helpful staff」

「Overall comfort and quiet was excellent」

「The property itself is ok place to stay. However, it is next to a marijuana dispensary. Not a good idea to stay here if you are sensitive to smells. I had a difficult time sleeping do to the smell was very strong. I hope this helps others, had I known I would not have stayed here unfortunately.」

「We had a good stay the room could have been cleaned alittle better but overall it's a good place to stay」

「Great hotel we love here. Very spacious and clean room. Staff is really kind. We definitely come back with family.」

「Everything was quite nice. Beautiful grounds and cabins and the history is amazing. Bed was so comfy with soft linens. Some constructive thoughts. Our cabin had the coffee in the bathroom. It would be better if it were placed in the room. There was a table that would have worked. If possible it would be wonderful to have a small view of the river from somewhere on the property without walking through the woods.」

「Nice」

「I always stay here on my way from California to Washington. It's cheap, safe, convenient, nice beds, quiet, good shower pressure, all the basic amenities and it's usually half empty, unlike some of the chain motels in town. It's also just one floor, parking right outside your room, and close to some food places. The owner is super nice. Thanks」
