One spacious room with private entrance, located underneath a house occupied by the owners. In the studio you will find a modern bathroom, in-unit laundry, bedroom with a queen bed and a smart Tv, an open kitchen with a small dining area, as well as a comfortable living room.
Guests can access the studio, the indoor-outdoor dining area in front of the studio, the luxuriant garden, and the private hot tub. Private free parking is also available in the alley, for one vehicle.

It is a "rural space" in the middle of Nashville with an abundant garden, so you might occasionally see insects and wildlife (butterflies, mice, mosquitos, etc)
We thoroughly inspect the property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your hosts know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
