The staff were super friendly!! We had to ask for an extra night due to the Typhoon and the staff were able to help us out and accommodate us. They had some free beverages in the lobby, and the hotel was in a very convenient location

The hotel is in a very good location. The satff was very helpful, hotel was very clean, rooms are sufficient, and overall it was a nice place to stay. The only thing was that the walls were very dirty. However, I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel still uses regular keys instead of card keys. Bathroom was excellent but the room needs a renovation but it was very clean and nice, so no complaints. Location excellent a little bit far from the train station 1 km, but excellent for a walk in the calm streets. Walking distance to Hiroshima Castle.

I like how everywhere I wanted to go was in walkable distance. There is also a Hiroshima style okonomiyaki next to the hotel in the right side. Also, 7-11 was around the corner for quick snacks. They offer coffee and tea in the lobby most of the time and water/ice in the 4th floor where the vending machines are.
