"Wow! Great location. You really can't get closer to the ocean. It's clean and comfortable in a pretty quiet spot. "

"Host interaction was minimal, but that was fine because we didn’t really need anything. This condo is in need of some TLC. There have been some updates done, but many more are needed. The carpet up the stairs and in the bedrooms is just disgusting. Furniture is old and sad. Walls need paint. Just lots of general updates are needed. Condo grounds are well maintained and pool is nice."

"In short, we would stay again but there were pros and cons. Overall this is an epic oceanfront place and we had a great time. View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good. I did not care for the extremely thin window right above the master bed. Road noise woke me up a couple times each night without fail when some random person bombed down the street. Bed pillows...

"The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the closeness of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately we were there for 2 big Kona storms and were unable to do many things like explore the nearby snorkeling and swimming. The place was well stocked with basic supplies. It was a bit dated and a couple more chairs in the deck would have been great. The view made up for it! I would recommend this place:)"

"Very convenient place to stay. Pool is nice, room is nice and well equipped. The beach is small but we saw a monk seal and sea turtles there. There is a grocery store that you can walk to."

"Beautiful beach condo in a fantastic location! Super clean with everything you need and a super short walk to the south end of Napili Bay beach. We were lucky to get this place last minute apparently after a cancelation and so glad we did. Would definitely come back here! "
