"Great staff, comfortable room except for the hanging system in the wardrobe. 2 hangers were broken and the system is hard to reach to try to put the hanger into a little hole to hang clothesPrefer a regular hanging rod as I always bring my own hangers. . Internet/WiFi was very hit & miss. But everything else was great. "

"We got to hotel at midnight and had no problem checking in. The shuttle was very convenient. Hotel explained how the shuddle, contintenal breakfast, and everything else they provided. Staff was very awesome and helpful! Great stay for only beings there 7 hrs. "

"The overall experience based on the price was very mediocre. TV was of poor quality in terms of resolution. The mini fridge was laughably small and was missing a harness to hold drinks. My bidet didnt work. The fake fireplace was really just a poor quality space heater. They said they upgraded me to a kingsize bed but it wasn't. The jacuzzi was nice and the shower as well. I paid 600 for that room and i feel somewhat cheated. My heat was also not working properly. The room was freezing at times. I wouldn't return. That continental breakfast which was really just a snackbar with coffee was a joke."
