「Such an intelligently arranged property and room. The outside area was fabulous with a wonderful garden. I was particularly intrigued by the train! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend, just not really walking distance to center town. We had bikes so it was great. Private and quiet. Nice neighborhood.」

「We were able to book a last-minute stay in Nantucket at this awesome studio/apartment. The owner was great - very responsive and had everything set up for us. The place was really cozy, very rustic but well appointed at the same time. It was clean, in great shape, there was WiFi and towels were provided, which is honestly all we cared about for one night. The location is great to - easy to get anywhere by bike and walking distance from a couple of bike rental places. An Uber into town is about...

「This room was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious. Although it was a little farther from town than we wanted, the free shuttle bus had a stop only 2 doors away. Very convenient! Johnathan was very quick to answer any questions and was accommodating to a couple of special requests. I would definitely recommend these accommodations to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet & affordable place to stay.」

「Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! 」

「The pictures online make this place look beautiful but it is not what we expected. The outside area looks like a junk yard with cars all over. If you have a car you would not be able to park it there. We did not realize that it was on the second floor of a long flight of stairs. Not really close to anything and the neighborhood was not friendly. I am thankful that we only had to stay for 3 nights.」
