Here we offer you Alexandre's Apartment, a charming 35 m² air-conditioned studio apartment that can accommodate up to 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with a TV and a queen-size double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

The studio is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
