"Very impressed with the Onoma Tsuruga Resort. We stayed for two nights in November and loved the property. The room we had , with a private rotemburo was very nice. It was much larger than most rooms in Japan, had excellent facilities, and the private outdoor bath was the real winner. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel. The French multi-course dinner was excellent and while not cheap (we paid 16,000 Yen per person), it was well worth it. Service, presentation, and cooking were all very...

"Room has enough space and bed size is good enough. Spa is very good, but the hotel building is old enough. It would be better to manage the patches in the garden and sidewalk to the Onuma area should be cleaned."

"This is a wonderful experience. The room is big, all have huge window/ balcony toward the sea. Hot spring bath is also great. You can book tour private hot spring room. What real impressed me is the food. It worths 1 or even 2 Michelle stars. The breakfast has about 15 items. Dinner omakase list is about foot long…Lol. All at very very reasonable price. In all this is an outstanding hotel with over 100 year history worth every penny. "
