"The hotel is located a short walk away from JR Hakodate, the bus station, and tram stops which made traveling to tourist attractions (such as Goryokaku, Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward) super easy and convenient. In addition, it's next to Hakodate Morning Market Ekini Market. In terms of the hotel, our room had a washer and dryer which allowed us to do laundry. Furthermore, the public bath, and lounge offered a relaxing time and a great view of Hakodate, respectively. The only complaint would...

"This is by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed. The gentleman at the front helped us out hugely when our credit card was frozen. The room was freshly renovated and clean. Super comfortable beds with a small kitchen was great as we usually make our own breakfast. It’s walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Train was a 5 minute walk as was the streetcar. I’d stay here anytime. "
