"For the money, this place is more than adequate for the capsule experience. It's no-frills for sure. No shoes allowed. You put your shoes in a locker, turn the key in for a locker key, which has your robe and a towel. The capsules are a bit warm, bt the common areas are pretty good temp. Bathrooms were clean when I was there. They have Crocs at the door if you're afraid to touch the bathroom floor."

So you leave your luggage at front desk and put some items in locker. The rest you have to take with you. Shower and bathroom is shared. Just some things to know if you stay here."

"Its small. Luggage stays at the bottom floor so you dont have access to it easily from the capsule area. Public bath so no privacy when showering whatsoever. Its your preference; I chose not to shower there. Rembrandt in shin-okubo is much larger and much more luxurious. Stay there instead."

"I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. Staff did not speak English (which is fine, you're in Japan after all!) but was not necessarily welcoming or friendly when I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was bothering them, but...

"The location is great. There are many restaurants, so it's really convenient. It's not to far from Shimbashi station and there are Tokyo metro, Toei line, and JR line. The bunk bed also has TV and small shelf. The bed is quite large, so I can put all my clothes on the bed and still have space to sleep. "

"Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin."

"The beds are uncomfortable, you have to check out everyday, there are no private showers only the public bath, the toilets are disgusting, the staff don't speak English and its in the middle of nowhere (and hour train ride into Tokyo)!"

"Excellent stay! The place is nice, quiet, clean. Location is close to 2 train stations. Crossing the street there is a big supermarket with better places than a convenient store. Also, there is a laundry machine in the apt. Only comment would be to add a curtain in the shower "
