"Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't. We had two fire scares in just one week, tried to get info and the staff didn't want to talk English or gave us info on when was safe to go back to ours room. "

"Beds were extremely firm - like sleeping on the floor. It doesn’t matter if the rooms are larger if the beds are not comfortable. In addition, the beds were pushed so close to the wall that you have to climb over another bed to get into your bed (room with three beds). I don’t recommend this hotel for that reason.
