The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day. Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved"

The location was incredibly convenient, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Traveling with my daughter made convenience especially important, and this hotel made everything so easy. We loved being so close to Tokyo Disney Resort, while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the views were an added bonus. Every detail made the stay feel special. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt taken care of from check-in through check-out. This was our first trip to Tokyo, and staying here made the experience even more memorable.
