"Stayed for 7 nights August 2026. Hotel is a Disney partner hotel so includes Disney transport to / from Maihama Station and Bayside Station. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was nicely furnished, clean, big bathroom with bath and shower. The shower was one of the best ever, easy to use, powerful, nice toiletries, no leaks to bathroom floor. Breakfast was quite busy, if we hit peak time we might have to wait about 10 minutes. There are two breakfast rooms, both serve same buffet. Good selection of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, French toast, waffles, omelet chef as well as Japanese breakfast. Staff were always cheery and helpful. Hotel is opposite Bayside monorail station, 1 stop to Disney Sea, 2 stops to Maihama. You could walk to Maihama station in about 20-25 minutes. Train to Tokyo Station takes about 30 minutes from Miahama, a very simple, straight forward journey. Hotel also served by Hotel Limousine bus from Haneda and Narita. The Ikspari mall is nearby with lots of nice restaurants to chose from. We had stayed at Hilton nearby a few times but thought we would give the Okura a try. Not as big or crowded as Hilton. Similar facilities. Definitely has a more relaxed feel than the Hilton. Would definitely stay here again."

"The best hotel you will ever experience! The biggest plus is the Daiba train station that’s located directly outside the hotel and makes traveling around Tokyo so smooth. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are both comfortable and prepared for anything that you may need. The bar has the most incredible view of the Tokyo tower and delicious drinks/snacks! Their Chinese restaurant Toh-Lee is also incredible and is a must try! We found our forever hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with their quality of service in all aspects. To whomever reading this, trust my word and book this hotel for yourself and your family. Grand Nikko 様、 このホテルは、とても素敵で最高でした。 ありがとうございました。🙇‍♀️❤️"

"Excellent hotel, very clean and lots of staff to help. Lounge access as part of room helped avoid the crowds and get a drink and snack in the day. Less queues for breakfast in the lounge but still plenty of options. Outdoor pool nice and relaxing, a few to use but that is part of the service and so relaxing. Hotel really close to Disney line and so if going to the parks excellent, can use the monorail to go into Tokyo as well on connecting trains Overall excellent hotel ideal for Disney"

"Our stay in Tokyo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Traveling with my daughter made convenience especially important, and this hotel made everything so easy. We loved being so close to Tokyo Disney Resort, while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the views were an added bonus. Every detail made the stay feel special. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt taken care of from check-in through check-out. This was our first trip to Tokyo, and staying here made the experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo—especially families visiting Disney Resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
