Worst place to book

I booked for 3 days 2 nights they took the money right away. When i got to the hotel they didnt have a room for me. They said there was nothing booked. They gave me a refund and thats all they had to offer i asked to speak to the manager and they denied me that. I got my kids all excited that we were going to stay at that resort snd we had to leave there was no where to stay it was a waste of time and money. The food I brought with us went bad and i still haven't recite the money back.

Over Priced

Parking around the hotel was complicated and hard to find! They had lots of pools but the lazy rivers were very small and the one slide they had was not always open. The tinky bar drinks was also way overpriced and we couldn’t find free continental breakfast at the hotel. I seen a few roaches in our room as well. Room didn’t have enough blankets to sleep comfortably and the pillows needed replaced!

At first glance the room was neat and clean , but as soon as I pulled out the bed on the wall there was obnoxious smell . And was disappointed I booked for a good view I got a balcony facing the other building.

Not what I expected was

Check in process was confusing..Rep stated we would need to pay a holding fee on our card..due to renting through vrbo ..stated hold would be release..we asked if the hold process through Vrbo or resort..info needed if we didn’t get payment back for me..Mostly because my previous rental through Vrbo my card is on file if things should happen on stay..No holds are needed..Rep stated our internet would be on after a few hours upon check in..Due to internet issues..I was under the assumption internet would be available..Which would provide me the access to work during the morning hours..but no internet the entire stay..Left early to get back to work..Hotel wasn’t able to give any reimbursement due to the inconvenience and renter of this property didn’t offer ..However my children enjoyed the access to pools and Myrtle beach attractions during the stay.. Resort cleaning services definitely made sure if I needed something it was accessible..

So loud

It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Broken lamp, ripped sheets, stains on pillow cases, no pillow tops for the mattresses, the next door people BEATING on the walls until 2am. If you are here to relax just don’t, this is for party time ONLY. If you are wanting to relax and sleep, DONT book this place. Want no sleep and just party? Book it.
