Rental Agreement: A short rental agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. A mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional deposit.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out might be accommodated based on availability; please communicate in advance.
Smoking and Vaping:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Noise and Disturbances:
