Welcome to Golfer's Paradise! Our NEWLY LISTED TWO STORY 4BR/3BA SPACIOUS home has all BRAND-NEW furnishings, located within Legends Golf Resort in The Cottages of Gleneagles, a BRAND-NEW community nestled inside of the 1,300 acres gated Legends Golf Resort, with a delightful atmosphere all around it. Surrounded with the club house pool, playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, nightstands, large flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a private attached bathroom featuring a standing shower with glass doors, double sink vanity, private toilet room with door and a HUGE walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and storage.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, dresser, nightstand table, closet and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

The 3rd guest bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, dresser, nightstand table, closet and a flat screen TV.

The 4th bedroom is located upstairs and has a Queen size bed, dresser, end table and a flat screen TV. There is an en-suite attached full bathroom and walk-in closet.


LIVING AREA

Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a sofa, love seat, coffee table, side tables, and a flat screen TV on the stand.

We also have a BRAND-NEW Full-size washer & dryer in the laundry room with a shelving unit above the washer and dryer to hang your non dryer items on.


KITCHEN & DINING

Our Beautiful fully equipped, fully stocked kitchen featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, double sided refrigerator, dishwasher). We have everything you need to create delicious meals. Also located in the kitchen is a desk nook that provides an area to work, along with sliding glass doors that open up to the back patio.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with plenty seating to accommodate up to 6 guests with an added plus of a breakfast bar & barstools complete with seating for 4 guests.


PATIO & BACKYARD

Patio with seating & Small backyard for the kids to enjoy playing.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all of the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove make-up or clean up messes!!

Guest Access:
- Keypad Entry - for convenient self check-in.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

- PARKING:

Being a guest at A Golfer's Paradise, you get to enjoy all the Legends Golf Resort Amenities & Clubhouse. Centrally located just off Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach, the Heathland, Moorland, and Parkland courses are nestled within the Scottish-inspired Legends Golf Resort facility. Legends Golf Resort offers five of the best championship golf courses available in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding states of South Carolina and North Carolina. We are just 5 miles from all of the great beaches as well as everything Myrtle Beach has to offer without staying in all of the congestion.

At the main entrance of Legends Golf Resort which off of US HWY. 501 you will find a variety of Restaurants like (Outback Steakhouse, The Grumpy Monk, Olive Gardern, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux), Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) and The Tanger Outlets.

Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are super convenient to get to from the Legends Golf Resort. There is absolutely something for everyone in the family. So whether you’re a golfer, water enthusiast, or just enjoy spending a day at the beach, renting a home at Legends is just the place for you.

This house is nicely laid out with lots of space for several people. The upholstered furniture in the living room could use some deep cleaning. But other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful House and Amazing Golf Location
It was everything we hoped for in a VRBO house. We will definitely be going back to this house next year. Access to the 3 golf courses was amazing. Loved this place!

Great Location and Property
This was our best experience yet in staying and golfing in Myrtle Beach. The house was everything as advertised and exceptionally well appointed. Very clean home in a nice safe community! It is obvious the owners take pride in their property and in hosting their guests! Very convenient for us being right at Legends. We would definitely book again and recommend to others.
