Don't believe the pictures
At first glance this property was really good until.....you actually get into this unit. The space was large enough for a party of 4 but the unit was NOT cleaned properly. The floors were so dirty we had to continuously wash our feet or wear shoes the whole time. The mirror in the bedroom looked like someone threw a drink all over it and no one bothered to clean it off. The drawers in the kitchen had food stuck to them. Every table surface was disgusting with water marks and dirt or peeling paint. If you put the sides of the dining table down the inside crevices were full of nasty something ...not sure if it was food or dust but really gross. The cleaning staff is definitely lacking. The pool and beach were great except the "bubbles" would not work in the hot tub at ground level. To get there from the 12th floor was ridiculous. No one followed covid protocol in the elevators, we were packed in like sardines most times. One day we waited a full 15 mins for the elevator to arrive. Sometimes it would stop around floor 10 and then go back down 2/3 times before coming up to 12. I had high hopes when we arrived but they were quickly dashed as time passed. The bedsheets smelled so musty and the room had a "wet" quality to it. The pillows and mattress were not comfortable at all. The bed is on a strange sort of frame because it made a terrible metallic noise any time you moved and the headboard banged against the wall . The Murphy bed was more comfortable than expected. The couch is sooooooo old and felt moist when you touched the fabric....all the fabric in the room had that same feeling. We have stayed in many beach condos and NEVER had this issue so I'm not sure what the problem is with this particular unit. The TV was very difficult to use as well.. And don't get me started on the neighbors. I know you have no control over that but the door kept being slammed until very late in the evening and trying to call the front desk to have that addressed proved futile.
This is not a place we will ever choose to stay at again. I wish I could post pictures on this review.
