The resort was amazing wonderful amenities, and everybody was so nice and accommodating. I got in my room and my AC wasn’t working and they sent maintenance right up and they got it fixed!

Initially the first room we received was beyond below standard and was not as advertised. However, after explaining to the front desk the issue with the room, they immediately made it right. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing and the condo was very well taken care of.

Although the guest registration staff was fantastic, the room provided was dirty to the point our kids feet were black, the sofa was soaking wet and an extremely strong smell of mustiness/mildew. They offered another room which was great until we pulled the sheets down on one of the beds and there were blood stains on them. We ended up cancelling our stay which was unfortunate and had sad kids. The process went smoothly because the staff was great.

I loved the fact that we were right on the ocean. My biggest complaint was that I had booked 2 rooms. The room for my mom was recently renovated and looked amazing. The room my husband and I had was in desperate need of a renovation. My other complaint was with the cleaning staff. Our cups and coffee were never restocked each day. And towels were not picked up everyday.
