"Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. "The staff here were friendly, the location central and the room clean and spacious. It is good value for money. A good, quiet fan was provided to help with the heat, but it was a shame they had to limit the opening of the window. Why can't guests decide how far they'd like the opening? We're not all suicidal or with children. It is good value for money. We found the breakfasts to have plenty of choice and options, but the evening selection and skill of cooking to be rather lacking, e.g. asked for a steak to be medium rare, but it arrived well done. The omelette at breakfast overdone so much it was like rubber."
