The place has a good location situated near the waterbus station, clean room with very beautiful ocean view from the window, quietness at night, and an incredibly kind and charming host.
My wife and I cannot forget the breakfast at the balcony directly facing the ocean and communication with her, Claudio.
It is way better choice than other places in the main island and is highly recommended.」

「We booked this room to be near the airport for our flight home the following morning and it did exactly as we needed. Before check in we were sent detailed instructions to enter, it was a bit confusing but overall easy. The room was clean and the bathroom was directly beside our room. There was lots of food available for breakfast and the room and bathroom were both very clean. 」

A bit rustic, wonderfully authentic.
The location is sublime. Feet away from the Vaporetto that brings you from and to Marco Polo airport, affords you the view of the lagoon, Isola di San Michele (Venetian cemetery, worth a visit) with Murano, Venetian Glass, in the near distance.
