This hotel is really close to the subway entrance which made getting around so much easier than driving. The spa worked well. Also our room with a kitchenette was a blessing to sace on costs.

It’s a good hotel, if you want to have just a place to stop and sleep . The staff was friendly, the location is good (just a few stops to the citycenter by metro), the breakfast was good and nicely laid out. It is a bit worn out and the rooms facing the street have street noise (then again that is expected). I wouldn’t choose the hotel if I want to hace a relaxing hotel vacation.

It was very clean and some of the staff were very nice. I had one issue, the day I checked in I received our room and the next day, my room key didn’t work. I went to the front desk and they said I checked out, which was untrue, but then they said I need to check in again. It was a little confusing and scary but in the end it worked out. I will stay there again.

We were put in Leonardo Hotel Munchen City East instead cause the West was overbooked. The West hotel had no air conditioning the reception staff told us. They paid for our taxi to the West hotel but it was like a 20 min ride. Be aware that you may be put in a room that is like 18km away from the center.

Hotel limpio, con la estación de metro a 200 metros, cerca farmacia, supermercado, restaurantes. Zona segura no turística sino familiar. Con un par de cafecitos deliciosos para desayunar, no es necesario tomar el desayuno en el hotel.

Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und muss leider sagen, dass mein Aufenthalt nicht ganz so angenehm war, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Das Hotel befindet sich derzeit in Renovierung, was bedeutet, dass ab 7 Uhr morgens Lärm und Krach unvermeidlich sind. Wenn man ein wenig Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist das definitiv nicht ideal. Die kleine Terrasse vor meinem Zimmer war zwar eine nette Idee, aber aufgrund des Lärms konnte ich sie nicht wirklich genießen. Außerdem war die Hotelbar während meines gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen, was sehr enttäuschend war, da ich mich auf ein paar entspannte Abende dort gefreut hatte. Insgesamt hoffe ich, dass das Hotel nach den Renovierungsarbeiten ein besseres Erlebnis bieten kann. Momentan würde ich jedoch von einem Aufenthalt abraten, bis die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel, es war im großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, leider haben die Damen von der Zimmerreinigung schon lange nicht mehr unter den Betten sauber gemacht, dort lag noch Leergut vom Vorgänger und auch viele Staubflusen, die nicht erst seit kurzem dort liegen. Die Zimmergröße sowie die Ausstattung sind top. Die Lage war für uns mega, man ist in einer Minute an der U Bahn oder an der Bushaltestelle. Tiefgarage würde ich nicht empfehlen, diese ist wirklich seeehr eng.
