"The front desk staff is amazing.... the rooms are terrific. HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room."
