「Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case」

「The accommodation was absolutely superb. It was clean, tidy and everything had thought behind it. The reception staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help and ensure your stay is perfect. We went out a few nights for dinner and we WhatsApp the devotion desk who booked us a taxi (could be tricky flagging one down). The entire stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning. 「Excellent adult only hotel. Very quiet but with a great location by the sea which is ideal for lovely walks along a pedestrian path. The breakfast and evening meals were very good too with an excellent variety for both. The rooms are clean and spacious with nice balconies and sea views. All the hotel staff were effiicent and always amenable」

「The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

「The main pool is too cold to use however there is a covered pool which is much warmer. The kids pool is slightly warmer but still too cold for kids to spend too long in. Hotel grounds, rooms and communal areas are very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is buffet style and perfectly acceptable. 」

「Albergo carino, personale e servizi buoni. Pulizia ottima direi e personale cordiale. Albergo non è grande molto riservato anche se scegliendo adult ho trovato la media età da 70 anni in più mi sembrava un po stare in pensione ma forse il periodo che siamo stati. Unica pecca che ho trovato per italiano che non sanno parlare altre lingue niente scritto in italiano e personale non parla italiano-però ho trovato qualche cameriere italiano.」

「Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. Staff are all friendly in the restaurants and around the hotel. Isabel at the Italian was very friendly and remembered us as returning customers. My...
