In the middle of a very busy area this property offers a way to remove yourself from the business but also be able to walk right into the tourist activities. The staff were great. "The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use. Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel! Staff super friendly and helpful."

"Nice place. Make sure to double check your pod for small belongings left behind. I lost an AirPod ear piece , staff was not diligent in helping to find it. I felt that they could have done more but like they clearly said in an email response: it is my problem and they are not responsible."
