The staff was very nice and helpful. They had great attitudes. The room was very clean and organized. Very pretty and comfortable. Amenities were great. Close to the metro. Just not close to food options and not much to do in the area. Very calm though. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Has all the room basics and a small gym. Located close to a train station but other amenities (e.g. supermarket) are limited. Train links easily to city centre and conference centre. Staff very helpful. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly!! Room was clean, in good shape. AC was out of order while we were there but we got free drinks and free parking on the property for our stay to make up for the inconvenience which was very good and saved us a lot of money. I'd come here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Postillion and would consider staying there again. The front of house staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was nice and a good size. The cleaning was not that good, they forgot to restock items and we had to ask on a couple of occasions for things to be returned to the room such as towels and water glasses. The shower gel was not refilled and we had to ask front of house. Additonally the air extractors were filled with clumps of dust. Maybe they just don't have the time with it being such a big hotel? The location is fairly easy to get to. Not the most beautiful area but it's nice and easy with the public transport.

Good hotel for a very good price.

The airco cannot be turned off- with the help of reception- it was minimized and i slept with open window. I think it is a wrong design.not much of an issue. Breakfast was perfect. Personnel was perfect. Location is great- 18-20 eur by taxi (bolt app) to the center.

Nice hotel with modern exterior and interior. Good and "fresh" furnitured, clean rooms. Good public transport availability with the location not far away from the Amsterdam's city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect sound insulation of rooms. "Over-engineering" that's annoying: Sensor-contolled light turn-off in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel

Very nice modern hotel very quiet, very clean thank you to the employes who do a great job. Very nice employe at the reception. But at the breakfast in the morning, not so good they need a training about customer service not a good morning, nothing it is as you do not exist, except for the lady who asked for our room. But breakfast was good. Very well located near the metro

Great hotel in Amsterdam

A short walk from nearby metro stations. Postillion offered a beautiful room which was very comfortable. I was able to easily connect my phone to the TV so I could stream. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The staff were very friendly on Check-in/out. The facilities in the room were fantastic, all digitalised, even the blinds and not to mention the TV in the bathroom.
