"Room was nice and clean, but the bed was too soft, therefore not comfortable or good for my back. Breakfast was ok. Ive had better breakfasts at other hotels."
"Fun, fresh place. Room very clean except for a big black thumbprint on the bathroom door. Really appreciate there being no carpet. Shower and bed great. Plenty of hot water. Loved all of surfaces to set things on in the room. Breakfast was really good with so many choices. Only drawback was very, very thin walls. Te lady Next door sneezed and it sounded like she was in our room. Front desk staff friendly. "
"This is a good location, the room was clean, nice view of the city. There was a restaurant down stairs that had some really good burgers & breakfast was $9.99 per person, the breakfast was good, convenient and there was a nice variety to choose from. Heated pool was a plus. We stayed here for a graduation. Only 13 min from the airport. I would stay again "
"Room was filthy not what was in the pic at all. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, sink wouldn’t drain, wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpets disgusting, lamp shades were cracked and broken, mold on window molding, heating/ac unit broken, painters tape on the drawers. Bodily fluids on the headboard of the bed, bugs in the light fixtures, bathtub didn’t work. They refused to refund our money even after we didn’t stay. Very rude manager"
"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."
