"Arrived, at check-in. No one around. Went in cafe and back to check in. Knocked on the window. Staff less than welcoming. Said he was having a bad night. Bed and shower great. Night light, which doesn't turn off kept me up. Next morning went down for free breakfast, (breakfast sandwich), and coffee, (no decaf). It was 2 minutes after 9. Refused to serve me due to 2 minutes late. Made decaf in the room. Creamers were curdled and some dried. Bought coffee. Brought fruit for trip which I put in the fridge. Fruit froze. No way to turn down temp of the fridge. Left for our day activities and returned. No housekeeping. Only towel replacement. Got up next day and got breakfast sandwich. It was dry and had clearly been setting in the warmer. Coffee almost gone and cold. Ice machine broken. Came back to room later, no housekeeping. Husband complained and lady said she would make a note for housekeeping. Had to ask for creamer, coffee cups, wash rags, etc. Got up the next day, sure we would have housekeeping. Got back in the evening. No housekeeping. Complained to front desk. Lady apologetic, said she would notify supervisor. No follow-up from said supervisor. Went to lobby to get supplies. Lady was defensive and implied I was acting upset. Brought supplies. Questioned why I didn't just call down instead. Ask for tissue and she said, "that wasn't on the list", but did supply. Packing to leave in AM. Fridge item frozen solid. Hole in can. Garbage never emptied by staff over 4 nights."

"The location next to the convention center was ideal. The restaurant was great. We never got room service for three nights and the bed was too hard for my liking. "

"The property was very old and in a lot of disrepair. Our room was old, dirty, and certainly not what I expected (or what any normal/average person would expect, I believe). There was grime at the bottom of the shower that looked like dirt spilling all over the bathroom floor, and all kinds of crud under the AC unit. It looked like there was some small animal living there. The phone had the insides out of it so it was impossible to call the front desk. Therefore, I made multiple (4) trips up to the front desk to try to get some help. I asked for two extra pillows initially, and they said the hotel was full and they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel. However, the next morning when we had no hot water to take showers, they offered us to go to the 3rd floor (we were in the 1st floor) to take showers, but that room’s hot water didn’t work either. That proved there were rooms available, and the parking lot was barely full. The chair next to the bed was incredibly old and the covering was dirty and the plastic was pulling away from the chair. It looked like someone took their fingernails and scratched the pleather off the chair. It’s hard to believe they would allow guests to stay in this room. However, the AC did work:) They offered no compensation for any of this. I would expect at least a partial refund. Very disappointing. "
