"Front desk women were hard to understand. No one told us about the amenity package until we checked out and saw a $27 extra charge. No one knew if the rooms were down-free, as I have an allergy. Room was stylish, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at the Brass Eye, on the top floor, was delicious. The scones from downstairs were dry and tasteless.
