If I had to describe it, I’d say that you’d need to mix the hospitality and welcome of staying with family with a well polished high end establishment. Combine it all with the fact that you’re dining in a period mansion house. Top it up with a good measure of peaceful countryside atmosphere and you have the rough recipe for this unique place....

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the tours we booked, the places visited were great but the transport provided (given advertised as a luxury tour) was unacceptable, a rickety dirty taxi! The owner needs to take better ownership of this, we (group of 10) didn’t get a very good result when speaking to him of this. 」

「There was no toilet paper in the room. i had to ask at reception for that. there was no tea and coffee either. lots of work needs to go into the wifi reliability as well particularly if you seek to attract business trips. no iron and ironing board in the room either. 」
