We booked a superior room with a bath due to the fact that I had a back op, the images and information on the website showed the superior room with a bath and shower. We were told the superior room comes without a bath....

"Our room had sand and didn’t seem like it was prepared properly before our arrival. Also didn’t have an iron and ironing board. They told me I need to pay one of their staff to iron my clothing for me."
