Welborn House - Creekside

Located in the city limits of Mountain City you can still enjoy a cozy and relaxing getaway. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a large back porch, paved driveway and plenty of creek frontage makes for the perfect rental for a large family or group of friends ready to enjoy their vacation!

The living area is perfect for entertaining as it is an open concept leading to the dining room and kitchen!

*The rooms are located up stairs. We do have a full size rollaway bed downstairs along with a couch.*

Mt. City Reunions

Property was good. Had several things that needed repair and were reported to the owner. Was just what our family needed for a short stay in Mountain City. We had two family reunions to attend and the house was in a great location and had plenty of room for our family. Thanks!

Great Place!

This is a wonderful old house. Would have appreciated more kitchen amenities but the space was more than enough for us to stay and also entertain our godchildren. Mary Rachel is awesome! Our 2nd time here and we’ll likely be back.

Great Place for large family stay

Stayed here for a few days with family. Lots of space for everyone and a large kitchen with everything you need for prepping meals. Kids enjoyed the creek amd lots of space to run outside. Only issue was quite a bit of leaky plumbing, but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Landlord was also extremely attentive with any issues. Would definately recommend kt.

Family vacation

Property was great! Loved the house so much. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. If you're bringing young children, don't forget to pack some water shoes for the creek.

Convenient location, everything we needed

We were in town working on our old farmhouse. The location was perfect. The house was a great size and had great towels. It did have a musty odor, but not a big deal. The house had everything we needed. Host was responsive.
