"Hidden Gem — Absolutely Worth Every Penny!
Don’t let the exterior fool you — Super 8 completely won us over from the moment we walked in. While the outside has a classic, older charm, the interior is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and far exceeded our expectations.
The room was immaculate — 100% clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel right at home. And the breakfast? Absolutely amazing — a great way to start the day!
The location is a dream — calm, quiet, and perfectly situated. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the area, you couldn’t ask for a better base.
Honestly, regardless of the nightly rate, this place delivers outstanding value. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay.
Highly recommended — a true hidden gem!"
"Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed — avoid at all costs. The property is essentially an unmanaged ranch covered in dirt, with rooms that appear to have gone uncleaned for months. Despite the appalling conditions, the staff carry an attitude as if they’re running a luxury five-star resort — and have the nerve to charge extra for bed sheets.
The room had no working heater. We reported it, were told someone would come fix it — nobody ever did. We spent the night freezing. To make matters worse, cats were wandering into the room through holes in the walls. The shared bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
They make you sign a long list of strict rules, which would be acceptable if the property were actually maintained to any reasonable standard — it is not. At under $10/night it sounds like a deal, but trust me, it is not worth a single dollar.
The only saving grace is the natural surroundings, which are genuinely beautiful — wasted potential for what could be a charming property with basic upkeep.
Do yourself a favor: read all the reviews carefully. Even driving a bit further to stay in Diggs or Island Park is a far better choice. Stay away."
"The room was poor to average for the price, although I somewhat expected that. I chose this property primarily because of its location, only about 15 minutes from the Moran entrance to Grand Teton National Park.
I could not rate it higher than "OK" because the room lacked some basic conveniences. There was no place to hang clothes, even though the room had a perfect corner where wall hooks or a small hanging area could easily be installed. The bathroom also had space for additional hooks.
The hair dryer only had fan settings and no low-temperature option. The lowest fan setting was still too hot for me.
Noise was also an issue. We could hear our neighbors' alarm clock and conversations, as well as people walking in the hallway. In addition, the window shade in our room was broken.
I was aware before booking that the property did not offer a microwave, mini-fridge, or television. However, for a room costing more than $270 per night, I would have expected at least a small coffee maker or electric kettle.
The lobby area in the building where we stayed also felt neglected. It was dusty and lacked any sense of warmth or activity. I'm not sure if that was the reason, but I rarely saw anyone spending time there. It did not feel like an inviting space for guests to relax
On the positive side, the property offers beautiful, peaceful scenery, and charming Western atmosphere. Those aspects were wonderful. However, overall, I did not feel the accommodations justified the price we paid."
"Wonderful property with unbeatable views of the Tetons. The perfect home base for exploring the National Parks nearby. Comfortable and clean with plenty of space in the cabin for a family of 4. Plenty of dining options on the property and even a gas station. Will absolutely stay here again."
"Great place, had much needed laundry facilities. Room was spacious and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good.
It’s a little far from the Teton National park but the drive was beautiful!
Would definitely stay there again!"
Cute & Cozy Condo: Close to Grand Targhee, skiing, mountain biking
10/10 Excellent
"The property was beautiful with so many amenities! Me and my three friends stayed here for our tetons trip and it was beyond perfect. Great kitchen, great room, adorable deck, decorated so cute and such a great space for us to hang out when not at the park. We met one of the property managers as well who helped jump start our car and he was so kind! 1000% recommend, also only about an 1 commute from jackson/tetons. very doable and a scenic drive!"
