"Delightful spot! Beautiful yard with pool, cozy room. Would have appreciated a door (there is a sliding bamboo door) for the bathroom. The set up is simple and that’s appreciated. Lovely, tree-lined, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Hosts were very sweet and easy to communicate with. Very clear obstructions for check in/out/keys."

"Stayed at the house with a group of 6 for the Rose Bowl. 1.5 mile walk to the stadium through a safe neighborhood. House is great-family room is outstanding for watching TV and hanging out. Water pressure in shower was strong and hot. Beds comfortable. Property manager very responsive. An issue came up during the stay and she solved the problem in less than 5 minutes of reaching out to her. Would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed. The location worked well for us (Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game were our main activities). It was a rainy time in Altadena and we encountered some rainwater leaking from a cabinet in our first morning. The staff/ownership were responsive. "

"This is a great place to stay. My wife and I stayed for 12 days over Christmas 2025. It’s a cottage behind the main house with a large room and a loft. The main room has a queen size bed, kitchen and bathroom. The house is in a nice residential neighborhood which was ideal to walk my dog. Lots of good food options a very short drive from the house. "
