This place was amazing! It’s a great place to stay when visiting Glendale—very close to lots of restaurants and local attractions. The location was perfect for our trip, and the room was clean, modern, and well maintained. We loved the amenities, especially having a microwave and water kettle. The gated property made us feel safe knowing our car was secure at night, and the free parking was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

The room was spacious and clean. Not the best area of Glendale, but we didn't feel unsafe. It's a little weird to check in with someone behind bank type bullet proof glass. We did choose this inn because they have EV chargers. Unfortunately, neither charger had the correct type of connector for our car. It is two doors away from an awesome Italian restaurant.

This was our second time staying at the Sakura Inn. When I was checking in, I told the lady at the front desk that we have a service dog. She made a face and acted like I did something wrong. Like I said, it was the second time I’ve stayed there with my service dog. The staff made us feel uncomfortable as they stared at us as we unloaded the car and went into the room. I will NEVER stay here again.

Only three minor complaints: 1) There was no hair dryer in the unit, but staff took care of it quickly. 2) The edges around the bathtub needed cleaning with a mildew/mold cleaner. 3) We had a non-smoking room, but a smoking area was below our only exterior window. Overall, the staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, the shower was excellent, and the room was clean.
