「Staff was out on break when we got there. Manager refused to help us. When checking out asked for a printed receipt. Told they would send it email. No I want a copy. Still told will email it and to this day I have not received it.」

「Our room's electric blinds didn't work and when we called for help, they didn't offer to fix them. So we got woken up bright and early by the sun when we wanted to sleep in.」

I hate that most hotels have went with those horrible light/mirror combos. They are a nightmare for any woman putting on makeup. I was so pleased that I didn't have to put my make up on by the window at this location. THANK YOU!」
