Delicious breakfast and parking was good. The ONLY problem we experience was with fellow guests. We were unable to sleep until after midnight given all the noise above our suite. We informed the front desk of our evening.

The hotel was immaculate. The only problem was that the room is very noisy. We could hear the traffic noise outside and the people in the next room. I believe the walls are to thin and the windows installed are not sound proof.

Our stay was amazing. Paul helped us when we needed to move our room - and his customer service was excellent. The hotel was spotless and the staff was top-notch. We will return when come back to see our daughter at Ball State.

Nice and comfortable

The room was very clean, and perfect for our family. With everything being brand new the hotel was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The literal only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the water is barely warm for showers & baths. It would run decently hot for about 30 seconds and then the warmest it would get is a Luke warm temp. I reserved a room with a bath tub for a reason and was very much looking forward to relaxing baths in the evenings as I was there for work…. But the water temp just was too cold to be comfortable. The room itself and the staff were wonderful.

The room was very clean and staff was super welcoming and always offering help if needed. Every time I walked in the lobby I was greeted and asked how my stay was going. I loved how the breakfast bar was set up and it was super nice. I also liked how there was a snack bar in the lobby for after hours snacking. My stay was amazing and I’ll definitely be back around! I’ll give a special shout out to Paul! He was there when I purchased snacks and was able to have a meaningful conversation with me and was super nice!

New nice clean rooms! Vi will say the room had garbage from an old stay, full open bag of Cheetos in the pull out couch. You can also hear almost everything from other guests, showers, walking, running, etc. pool was great. One of the tall male staff in the breakfast was very attentive and friendly!!!!

Don't go for the breakfast...

The hotel is brand new so it was very nice. The breakfast was HORRIBLE, ICE COLD. At 7:05am right after it opened too. So it was served iced cold.

Welcomed my pet with hi and pat on the head. The pool was very nice and large towels to use when drying off. It looked like a lot of people staying there since the parking lot was full but never heard any disturbances. Cozy seating area off the front of the hotel to sit relax by a fire and outdoor lights. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for 6 adults and a dog.
