「The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. 「Facilities were excellent as were the staff,the room was great and the housekeeping staff did a terrific job servicing the room whilst i was there. I was made to feel welcome - which was great being a solo traveller. I had an amazing experience with an oula massage and my thanks to the therapist. Only issue i had was with the food sevice in the bar area, my order was forgotten and i waited rather a long time for it to arrive, others recieving theirs despite arriving after mine was placed.」

「Lantern Cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The layout and facilities had been very well thought out. The shared courtyard was lovely to sit out in the sun. We were able to store our bikes there too, which we rode on the nearby Camel trail. It was peaceful even though we were almost in the centre of Padstow. There were numerous bars and restaurants nearby all serving delicious food. There is also a Spar shop 1minute walk away handy for last minute supplies....

「back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. 」

「We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful. 「We stayed here for x2 nights before heading down to St Ives to break up our long drive from Manchester. We had a great time and would definitely do this again. Watergate Bay beach is literally a 4 minute walk from this apartment which is amazing! Parking is included too so you don’t have to worry about your car being restricted in car parks.
