「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

「Hill Rise is a spacious house with garden and a sea view. It is nice and quiet, but ideally located to see and to do lots of things. There are great beaches you can reach on foot and Padstow is only a short wall away. It is definitely worthwhile spending a day there and visiting Pideaux Place. 「Spacious, warm, clean property very close to Harlyn Bay. We would recommend it especially if you have pets. However, on site parking is limited, there are repairs which need to be done(fences, front door). The lighting at the back is poor and there are several trip hazzards so take a torch.」
