Place was clean, quiet neighbors, with great proximity to downtown Stowe, and Montpelier. Burlington, was a little bit further west but, still within 45 minutes driving. 「Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton). We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful.」

「The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.」

「Very cozy!」

「pretty much just there for sleeping on a ski trip. got a great hot shower and four beds and very clean.. decent price for what you get. 」

「Location was perfect if you want to stay right in the middle of town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The steak at the restaurant was amazing! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again」

「Clean room and great location」

「I spent two wonderful nights here with my partner. We LOVED the hot tub and how friendly the staff was 😊 perfect place to stay if you're spending a few nights in Vermont 🍁. It's also right by a paved walking trail! Plenty to do nearby !」
