"The check in was difficult entrance where you turn in was backed up blocking the street cars honking with no direction from the employee upfront . I had to park in the parking lot next door which they charge me . I then walk to check in and the guy upfront was rude making sure to let me know there is no Valet and the parking lot I parked in has no affiliation it was my fault for parking there . The room and hallway had a strange smell and bed was hard as the floor . Overall I would rate it a 2 not terrible or great but I would not come back . Pictures can and are deceiving . "

"Air conditioner does not work I called the front desk 3 times they didn’t do anything about it they sent someone from house keeping a nice lady but didn’t fix anything she just came,got the air conditioner control, pushed some buttons and nothing changed, I asked her if they could send someone from maintenance to fix the air conditioning she said someone would show up no one showed up. I asked to change rooms but there was no room available I was overheating in that room. Lobby and front desk, extremely small. There is no restaurant, no breakfast, no water, I had to walk to the nearest market to buy essentials. Uber can’t pick U up or drop you off at the hotel because the main entrance is located on the Plaza Tapatia you would have to walk with your heavy luggage to the nearest main street and wait for the uber there. Weird people outside when it gets dark just standing There all male, I didn’t feel save walking outside in the night. Good thing I only stayed there for one night. Kind of creepy experience to be honest."

"Breakfast is just not a good thing! We skipped it 2 days.. The rooms are a mess,the floors and restroom are dirty.. the sink clogged, and the bedding is just awful! How can you guys treat this amazing lovation like this??? This should be your jewel!!! I have stayed at gdl,tlaquepaque and vallarta with you guys,but 100% never again "

"The beds are Full size. Unfortunately, their website along with Expedia's states Queen size beds. I am stunned they are able to get away with this false advertising. "
