I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the room was very well-equipped, spacious, clean, and modern—perfect for spending several comfortable nights. Excellent location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec. There are many coffee shops, breakfast restaurants, dining restaurants, various ethnic or international restaurants, sports bars, cocktail bars etc. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms all with views of the city, some with balconies. Breakfast buffet is very good. There's a small gym with weights and stationary bikes. The staff is excellent. Especially Mirasol at the front desk and bellman Dylan.
