「ウィンブルドン観戦のため宿泊したが、お薦めしない。まず、住所をたよりにホテルを探したが 看板がなく見つからない。ようやく見つけた入口には小さな紙でホテル名が書いてあるだけ。 もっと大きな看板を立ててほしい。受付もなく、朝ご飯付とあるが冷蔵庫に食材が入っていて 自分で作るという内容。これでは付いているうちに入らない。 ベッドには布団もなくかぶるものがなく寒かった。受付がないのでクレームもできない。 Wifi利用可とあったのに結局つながらなかった。これで７５ポンドは髙過ぎ。二度と利用しない。」

「I was expecting a family hotel as it's marked as a hotel - that's what I had put into the search box. Instead, it was simply an HMO - a terraced house with multiple rooms with one shared bathroom/toilet in very poor condition. It's a great place to leave.」

「The unit was very clean, large and comfortable. Nice size kitchen/living room, bathroom very modern and good size bedroom. The unit needs addt'l fans. They did bring one out on the 2nd day of my stay but could use another one. Also some basic amenities would be nice (salt, pepper, paper towels, wine opener, etc). 「Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.」

「It was really really noisy, we had someone outside revving their motorbike. Music was being played alot, could hear neighbours. Anytime someone closed a door the whole room shaked. Also was Makeup all over the bathroom door. 」

「the hotel is apartment style hotel, so their house keeping service is once a week, but the rooms has everything you need to live, like deep pot, catoralies, dishes, wash and dry machine, micro oven and so on. so I could cook my supper, I could save money as they have enough equipments in their room. if you need something, you'd better send text to the reception, and perhaps you can get flesh towols and so on. and the breakfast is compliment, their wi-fi works good. and this hotel loceted nearby...
