The front desk person who checked me in was very unprofessional. Very aloof and arrogant, not willing to help. I asked for a bellboy to help me with my heavy luggage and he said he can’t help because the hotel doesn’t have bell boys! I asked to talk with supervisor and all of a sudden the hotel had a bellboy! The bellboy was very nice and surprised by the nastiness of the person checking me in!

The level of service is unacceptable. The staff is clearly untrained, confused and unable to consistently address any concerns we had during our stay. When we tried to rectify these concerns after our stay with the manager via email, it was clear that the problems with this hotel come from the top. The manager seemingly was unable to actually read the emails we sent, leading to a long back and forth email chain which is incredibly frustrating.

This hotel made a late night layover with two kids MUCH easier. We walked right in at midnight, got a quick 6 hours of much needed rest on very comfortable beds, and were at our gate the next morning with ease.

J’ai demandé en urgence un séchoir et je l’ai jamais reçu. Et la porte de ma chambre avait une ouverture dans le bas de la porte et il est possible de voir passer les gens dans le corridor!!!! Ch 636.
